[At Least Three Bears]

I was wondering who made this, it sounds really lovely. Like a seagull whispering helpful tips right into your belly, like a macaroon flopping in the wind shield, the stuff of legend I tell you. Does it come from a generic sound effect website?

Could I use it in my wedding when my big-boned bride comes through that door, with some cake still stuck to her face, then my mother starts to cry and we eat the rings or something? Or maybe my pet project , a dystopian universe where children are allowed in theaters and males are forced to breast feed. That stuttering in the video is here to paint a picture of feminism in rural areas.
