[kf envy]

so iv been getting odd errors one is in game an says in game "redeem item Unknown failure" then after i hit OK an it closes the game an window pops up with message "CryEngine Error Pure function call"
oh i have ran the repair tool multiable times an it says that there nothing wrong or missing. an even emailed the support but its been almost an week with no reply from them other then the bot that sends you the ticket number.
