[Oderint dum Metuant]

Anyone using this currently with a decent profile?

Just started tinkering, it's quite simple but handy, to automate some things to voice commands, Override, module usage, automate typing instructions to pugs.

Isn't it enough that i already sitting in front of my screen, shouting, swearing and rambling?

now i shall shout and get a reaction from that screen?

i call this diabolic. And commit my sins right now. It comes in handy only in pugs, havent figured out the push to talk for ts and voice attack on separate channels. Found it helpful for strikes and toggling ecm/ams etc. So yeah no special profile here and it's useless for groups that include voicechat (maybe someone has a solution?).
nice gimmick but sometimes not precise,fast and reliable enough. Did i mention the group problem?

Well since I already swear at the screen, might as well set this up for swearing LOL, "kill that efer" (artillary strike), "mother efer" (air strike), "I can't efen see a thing" (image enhancement), "where the ef is everyone?" (battlemap)

You can turn voice attack on and off with a command, the key would be to make your VA commands non standard or you'll spend most of the match turning her on and off.
From what i have used thus far, after one round of "speech training" in windows, she picks up my keywords 100% of the time.

A key aspect i would suggest is people keep their command words as short as possible, to limit the room for error and delays.

You can use voice commands, they would be cool.

Just remember, when your mech is about to be destroyed, you need too...

Grab your vest with both hands, look up at the ceiling, rock back and forth in your chair, and repeatedly yell..."Ejecting....ejecting.... Ejecting!"

Just like the pilot in the Mechcommander game intro. That is how all the mech pilots eject.

The problem comes when you try this in Frozen City (or heat vision in Mordor).

My experience is that a lot of commands are map specific, that's a lot of voice commands.

I could imagine if i had a friend that lived nearby that used this and they were playing.

If they were playing on mordor id be yelling their heat vision command all the time.... or override and alpha commands xD

I have created a Mechwarrior Online profile that I'm happy with and maybe you will be to.

If you have Teamspeak 3 opened you call call up commands to only your TS3 group and also to ingame VOIP.

My best voice commands so far:

“Who tf is shooting me?” Spin mech around and shoot erratically at nearest teammate or sneaky breaky mech.

“(Diabolical laughter)” engage lb10x macro

“AGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH” holds down W key, presses jumpjets, and fires an alpha

It's funnier when you can get the computer to say phrases back and end up in a one sided electronic argument with your mech.
