Need A <=55 Ton Support To Fill Out Drop Deck

TDR-9S Sniper
TDR-5SS Brawler
GRF-1E "Sparky" Skirmisher
SHD-GD "Grey Death" Skirmisher
The grey death is the only mech that I feel very "meh" about. I've got an XL350, 4ML, and a UAC5 on it now. It does it's job well enough, but it doesn't have the same oomph that my other mechs have. I want to get another mech to fill out the role of long range support, and I'm having trouble choosing from the following list:
SHD-2K with 3ERLL and either an XL310 or XL320
SHD-GD with 2ERLL, UAC5, XL320
KTO-20 with 3LL and XL350
KTO-20 with 3ERLL and XL320
All of the above are sacrificing either range, heat gen, or speed, and I don't know which to prioritize for CW.
I know that no matter what I choose to go with it needs to go at or above 100KPH, as the 55 toners feel like slogging through mud with anything less to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions or comments?

KTO 19 4xLRM5s ERLL/ML/Tag XL 295 is fantastic for support.
Try to do the same with a GFN 3M or KTO18 with 5xLRM5. They tear up light legs without needing to be seen by the big guns and really soften armor. Even a SDH 2D2 with 4xLRM5 and a PPC is fun for this
Of course, this is playing true support, not just long range brawling. If you are getting visual locks, get Artemis. It does make a critical difference.

I was considering going a KTO-18 or KTO-GB for LRM support, but we don't always have LRM boats and you really need your team on board for them to be effective.
Due to my playstyle I am really looking for Laser sniper. Either an ERLL medium or a LL medium with range quirks.

Consider LRMishing then.
Here's a video of me in my GFN 1S which is a LRM harrasser. I'll have to use my SDH 2d2 again to show you how that "near-meta" build came about.
As you see it has only 15LRMs and it's a blast. The job is to get out there, get within medium range 3-500m and wear them down, but rely on a big gun as a finisher. LRMs provide a great deal of tactical flex, even when you don't have too much help from others when you engage.

CN9-D is an amazing brawler with the quirks for LB10-X now.
CN9-AL ain't bad either loaded with 3x Large Lasers.

I run mine with a 300XL and full 5 JJ. Just because I had a 300XL laying around. I'd probably go 310XL to meet your speed goal. 320XL seems a waste for a few more kph on a build that's not about speed. I'd rather have more jump and/or cooling (for Sulfur). But that's just me.
310XL lets you hit that 100kph mark with 4 JJ and 16 DHS (with basically full armor).
Or you can strip the offside arm, run 2 JJ, and 18DHS for a bit better cooling if you want to try that.
Or something in between.
All lasers high mounted in one location (you can get shots off with very little exposure), shield arms, JJ for manueverability and to get into better sniping positions, etc.
As a laser sniper, none of the others on your list compares.

I would say go for the SHD-2K... but the TDR-9S (and depending on your loadout of the Sparky) would fill the role on sniping/opening gates. I will say that go take an AC20 and 4 MLs instead of the UACs. Works well for brawling after/if you lose the MPL Thunder.
Or, you can replace either Thunderbolt with a 9SE and use that as a JJ LPL mid range brawler. Or... Wolverine/Griffin. Wolverine as an AC5 stomper or LPL also mid range brawler, or Griffin to go with more SRMs.
Overall, your choice, depends on map, depends on situation (vs Clan/vs IS), depends on attacking mode or defending mode, and with upcoming changes, tough to say. Good luck, and continue to hold the Clanners!

Even if it is slow, the LRMs can still enable you to be involved in the fight when you are far away.

None of the above. Get a Firestarter (generally FS-A), or an ECM Spider, or some other light with JJ to give you the flexibility to buy into a light rush. I had a similar issue in the 40-50t-ish bracket and although I stuck in a Vindi for a while, I currently generally roll with one of the following 2 decks:
TDR
TDR
TDR
FS/Spider (sometimes ECM cicada if I know we wont need JJ)
Or
Stalker
TDR
FS
FS
