Smoke Jaguar missions for the day are complete and now (as a direct result of your post) I am in queue and should have upwards of 4-drops to provide in Clan Common Defense of Blackjack.
Another sector on Blackjack was lost with the Enemy total now up to 20%. There was roughly 30 Defenders queued against 33 Attackers. With only an hour and 45-minutes remaining until Ceasefire, unless there is an irresistible Inner Sphere surge / ghost drops, it should be possible to retain Blackjack.
RESULTS: 20-minutes and a Ghost Drop later, two sectors have been liberated, leaving the Enemy with only a Planetfall Beachhead of 1 sector. There are 14-Attackers currently queued against 41-Defenders. It looks like the Enemy has withdrawn from this particular fight. Sitting in queue with 12-other Defenders but I doubt we'll get another drop unless there is a late surge by the Inner Sphere.

On the Kurita border, the best 12-man competition I have come across repeatedly is from the DCMS Night's Scorn, 36th Dieron Regulars, and 11th Alshain Avengers. The DCMS has other Units capable of fielding 12-man teams but they appear to be decisively engaged along the Steiner border or at least I have not been fortunate enough to come across them very often. Two other 12-man teams have repeatedly been fielded in defense of Kurita worlds: the Capellan Commonwealth's Tikonov Commonality Armed Forces and the Headhunters of Davion. These deployments always seem to fall early in the day's gaming (EST) as contributions to blunt Smoke Jaguar initial gains on Combine worlds.
It is always a great match when you drop across the Vault or Rift from any of these Units. So many good matches, some... Great matches but for the most part always intense action but mutually respectful chat exchanges. Quite often a running encounter (successive drops in opposition to one another) with one of these teams will be the night's MWO highlight.
Good times with fun had by all.

While ONP CLAN UNITY was intended to be a one-night effort, once it began it has not yet ended.
Long Live CLAN UNITY!

However CJF Defensive efforts need immediate assistance. Just one drop could be the difference.
CSJ and CW Defensive efforts appear well managed with Enemy forces close to being contained to a Planetfall of but 1 to 3 Sectors on each threatened world.
Unfortunately the valiant defenders of CGB appear to have not been able to stem the Inner Sphere aggressors on one newly liberated CGB world.
RESULTS: Despite having 7 of 15 sectors occupied by House Steiner Units at the time of the above message, the matches then in-progress and any started subsequent to Ceasefire, managed to reduce the Steiner Planetfall Defensive Bastion to only three or four sectors in the the final tally.
Remarkable results, well done Clan Common Defenders, well done indeed!

EDIT:
To be more specific, 3 companies each (totaling at a whopping 72 clanners) are fighting each other. Rodrigo and New Oslo are at 20% in under an hour, at this rate they'll be 100% before 9pm central.

Truth Trothkin, truth.
One can only expect that at some point (earlier rather than later) these trials of possession can be satisfactorily concluded to the respective Clan's mutual benefit.
Clan Ghost Bear lost a world to the Inner Sphere during today's Euro-cycle.
Wolf recently had an influx of mercenaries that last served in the Inner Sphere and are reportedly members of the Inner Sphere Mercenary Alliance (ISMA).
Perhaps Clan Wolf is now experiencing the same pressure being applied by the ISMA toward WAR with CGB that CSJ resisted with such steadfast determination this past week?
Who is to say?
So much of this is just initial reporting, unconfirmed by CW or CGB Seniors.
Time will perhaps add context to what little we now know.

There are now 4 companies each fighting trials on Crellacor, however our IS borders seem to be holding the defensive atm. Ghost Bear is also well on its way to capturing Vorarlberg.
The Wolf assault on Bruben seems to be at a standstill. There are also gains to be made for Ghost Bear on Mualang, but no forces are present here. I implore clan leaders to consider diverting their forces accordingly, especially Wolves. Only 3 hours left in the NA window, so please be ever vigilant.

These battles are the results of continued idiocy and mouthiness between some more vocal and headstrong members of the Clans.
If this continues, we will see less willingness on the part of our members to participate in drops.

Maybe you enjoy getting strong armed by your "allies" hiding behind mercs all the time. A lot of other people are fed up and done with it.

By its very nature CLAN UNITY is a resilient concept.
The drive on Terra will motivate the Clan's collective focus throughout our Beta.
If for a time, select Clan elements feel they must throw off the Terra-imperative and take up Arms against their Trothkin to contest specifically named "Wrongs" (each within a stated and larger context) then it is up to respected Clan Elders within each Clan to manage the internal state of Clan affairs such that minimal disruption of the drive to Terra results.
To my way of thinking there are 4 bonds that constitute CLAN UNITY, each of our four Clans' bond toward the overarching Terra-Imperative. At the heart of the Terra-imperative is the collective realization that for ONE of us to reach Terra before the end of our Beta, there must be initial cooperation in CLAN COMMON DEFENSE, culminating in eventual collaborative efforts that permit synchronized, phased Clan Offensives (one possible way to do this will be included in this thread at a later date and as appropriate.)
As long as Terra remains the goal, CLAN UNITY will endure..
