I see nothing on the page about it being limited or being for only10 days . Any word on this? Looks like they're going to be on sale until the end of the month

Preorder before January 31

If they're rare im thinking about buying one.(even if its bad) If they're just going to be a cheapo light i will wait and buy one for cbills.

Here's what Russ laid out in the Town Hall.

The preorder on now is to gauge how much interest there is for the UrbanMech. He honestly doesn't know if we're serious or not about wanting it in the game.

If enough preorders are made, it will come. Preorders will be released in early April with Cbill versions likely to follow according to the normal solo mech release timetable.

I imagine there will be c-bill availability in the future. It follows their pattern.

End of the month is only 11 days - so that's only one extra day.

If they don't sell enough pre-orders it gets cancelled, so no versions for MC or C-Bills.

If too many people wait for c-bill release, it will never release.

They need the pre orders to justify the development of a mech they honestly think they are being trolled about.

I don't want it, I already ordered a light Inner Sphere mech with the resistance pack since I wanted the Enforcer with the extra camos, I only intend to ever pilot that one IS light.

If you want them to make the Urbanmech put your wallet where your mouth is.

I for one have no use for the "new" Summoner variant, so I'm not buying it. Some of the others are somewhat interesting, but not enough for me to spend money on without some kind of incentive.

I might still pick up a few a la carte mechs once their new omnipods become available. The 4 machine gun 2 large laser ECM kit fox might be fun, in that case I'd get the $30 Uller pack.

The Summoner just **** the bed though. A new variant with 100% identical hard points to what we can already make, no new right torso hard points, no new left torso hard points. Superfluous quirks. It's like they are making fun of us.

There happen to be over 10,000 billion timeline appropriate canon configurations for the Summoner. Because it is an Omnimech. They chose one that is identical to what we already have. Summoner is dead.
