Russ already said its a bug. All these people converting and spending GXP are doing so for nothing and wasting money lol

Urbie modules are not an issue yet (to my knoweldge).

also, we dont get the Urban Mech rewards for some time yet. Only rewards we were supposed to get today are resistance month 3 rewards.

Still have not seen a single piece of the package rewards. No Prem time, no modules, nothing......Logged in a few times today.

The PT should be banked and awaiting your activation, check your profile on the forum and you should see the extra hours. You can activate it in 30 day chunks from the website. If you activate it in game, it will start all of your banked PT, so be careful. My $0.02 is to horde that banked PT, as there is no other way to obtain banked PT.

i wish there was a way to see how much premium time we bank each time. I have like 50+ banked time but no way to tell how much I got when I got it. The whole redeem function needs to tell us everything we are redeeming and how much. I should not have to guess what I'm redeeming and at times, I'm not even aware something was redeemed and now buried in the inventory somewhere with no way to know I have it unless I stumble onto it.

Are we supposed to have gotten the previous month rewards yet? I got all the month three rewards but bought the Resistance pack in December and haven't seen those.

If you bought it before the cutoff date (16th or something) then send support an email asking to check into it.
