Direwolf Prime has -15% energy cooldown and +10% missile cooldown. The Direwolf A has -5% energy cooldown.
Was this the same before the patch?

why are we buffing the direwolf?

It isn't buffed, negative cooldown quirks on the dwf's mean longer cooldown. Missle's get buffed on the A since it has TWO missile hardpoints, and thus they wanted to say "hey, use the missles locations!" ... not that anyone does anyways

What this guy said, the energy got NERFED on the Direwolf, it has LONGER cooldowns now.
I don't understand PGI either, but +Cooldown apparently is good and means its shorter? The quirk is green so either its a bug or...well yeah.

according to smurfy it only got a 5% longer cooldown on some of the arms.

They just have the terminology wrong. "Cooldown" should be "Rate of Fire" because that's what it actually is.
+ROF means more shots per time period, which is exactly how PGI's +Cooldown works.
+Cooldown should mean more time between shots, which would be a nerf not a buff.

When cooldown quirks were originally added, they were listed and "-" for buffs and "+" for nerfs, indicating a reduction or increase in the amount of time it takes to reload the gun. But since people didn't know how to maths and got confused, they swapped it around so that "+" is now a buff and "-" is now a nerf.
