1) Equip Tag, hold down fire, set mouse to side of screen, and become a walking light show.

2) convince a friend to pilot his king crab, allow me to jump jet ontop of his mech, and then become a mobile turret. (if the game collision still allows one mech to ride on another)

3) Combine 1 and 2, to become a Police Siren for said King Crab.

4) Have lengthy text exchange with Steam Newcommers explaining exactly why they should be envious of my Urban mech.

5) Die. A lot.

You forgot #6

#1 won't work with a mouse; mouse movement is a set number of degrees for the amount you move the mouse, no mouse movement = no torso movement. You would need to have a joystick or create a key binding to get it to continue to move the same direction forever.

Equip blue large pulse and red small pulse before you jump on him. Spin around and make a police siren noise.
