Receiving missile damage causes smoke to obscure the players view.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Receive missile damage
5. Observe smoke on cockpit.

(something like that) gt 240 and 2 gigs of ram on win7 64. i played at home yesterday today on mine phenom 9550 quad hd 6770 and 6 gigs of ram also on win7 64. my computer is unplayable i cant see ANYTHING cause of smoke same graphics settings from user.cfg files (tried without) 1 ssrm will keep my screen blacked out with smoke and fire so i cant see screw the knockback i can deal with it but not being able to see for 30+ seconds as one jenner sits on my atlas' back (yes my back and my cockpit is still blinded) and uses his 1 ssrm to blind and kill me.

I suffer with this abit annoying but not a massive problem but still some thing that needs to be looked at since its like a smoke screen.

I thought it was suppose to do this as i can still see the hud markers and cross hairs. I haven't been hit with anything but ssrms yet so I thought it was just them.

Streak SSRMs. Normally, streaking would allow you to see *everything* i.e. more than you wanted. In this game though, it just adds another layer of camo.

Prior to patch I was getting the HDR dimming effect from taking fire. Is this possibly connected? I can't personally evaluate well right now at 4fps.

With this and IMO excessive shaking from ballistic/missle damage it makes your mech basically unplayable.

I am not spending my money on this until this is fixed. If this isn't fixed by the devs it must be fixed by the community as this will surely be abused and I have already seen it being abused while I am in trial Awesome...

Edit: IMO the people who are voting No are abusing this or are not aware of it.
