Why PGI?
Why am I on the phone every time I try to make a purchase from you? This is beyond ridiculous. What are you doing to fix this issue? You and CCP have been the only vendors where I have had this problem with and they fixed it after the first time it happened.

bitching worked for me. when they switched the venders after they bought out igp it wouldn't give me my MC that i purchased. i contacted support and got a message telling me to contact whatever third party vendor it was. i moaned and complained saying that they should contact the vendor as i didn't feel like jumping thru hoops to buy something from them. i posted here and on twitter and they had it fixed in a couple minutes with a little bonus

Hey guess what, you are wrong. It has worked in the past and even been a tagged topic.
It works because PGI is responsive and reads the forums. That is a good thing. If they didn't have to read through posts made by knee jerk trolls it would be even easier on them.
Got my first Urbie Pack and will be gifting another. Fingers crossed the next transaction goes smoother.

You mean...like this thread? That and the dozens of others spamming General. Or the dozen repeat posts on the same exact topics because someone didn't scroll down 3-4 posts to see it and which they all stay front page cause the same exact people have to get their word in on every single one of them?
