So I can now hover-turn on my Direwolf?

For a moment, I thought someone created a thread whinging about flying Dire Wolves sometime in the past 30 days.

So it gets high speed because hover jets?

Jump jets allow you to climb any incline without issue.

Once you run into the incline, and even then there are still issues.

The mainstay is 6 tons of jumpjets (for 3 JJ), where without running directly into an incline you can barely get off the ground. It also will not help you turn much if at all. It isn't like the jumpjets of old where you could do a 380 degree turn in place.

I don't see why people care. If a DW wants to gimp itself by wasting 6 tons so be it.

Why would you bring 3 JJs? That's an issue in of itself, but it still remains that 1JJ provides too large of a benefit. You can climb any non-90 degree incline by tapping, due to JJs applying 14.7kph of forward thrust with each initiation. The turn speed is also still boosted, which is not something the Daishi needed.

The practical advantages of a class 1 JJ are:
Hill climb
Skating
Hitbox distortion
Slope sniping

While it will bolster the Direwolfs powerful arsenal, it won't provide increased turn rate.
