I'd go for a Spector:
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Spector

It would automatically have 10 extra heat (constant), built in ECM, and Alpha channels to make the 3d model 'semi-transparent'. Quite doable and wouldn't throw off the balance.

Another interesting one is the Emperor:
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Emperor

Jump jet equipped assault, with two Ballistic equipped arms, 90 tons and five energy hardpoints.

We're also missing the ballistic armed Commando... I can't see why no one notices this...

I'd also love an Avatar (although this is a bit late) or Toro

I didn't include specific variants or any mechs we already have or are already announced. The Blackjack actually has a variant that comes out in 3052 with 4 missile hardpoints and 1 energy in the arms.

You forgot the Sting, Wasp, Marauder, Warhammer, Archer, Phoenix Hawk. Like I said in a few other topics lately, more mech customization options for my MC please. Or more options period to use MC for. A war Horn I actually like or decals would be a good start but there is 100 other none mech options also, but that would reqire new features, hint hint.

And your right thanks for showing so many mechs that could be added to the game.

All those are Unseen mechs. PGI cannot use them because another company Harmony Gold owns the rights. They would get sued to the ground if they even thought about it.

Very old game, Battletech: The Crescent Hawk's Inception. The player was able to pilot a Chameleon: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Chameleon

Maybe I should have mentioned that someone else already made such a list months ago?

Clan Mediums:
Black Coldbra - you typed this, yet the link is clearly for the Battle Cobra.

My shortlist(not that anyone actually cares lol, but I love me some robots!)

IS 55 ton Gladiator. it would need a PGI hero variant at the least to be relaseable, as it is short the 3 variant requirment(that I loathe) Howevr, I freegin love the look of this thing, and I think Alex could make it look intimidating as ****. Not that bad for weapon hardpoints IMO either.

Clan Ebon Jaguar. Variants out the wazoo, looks like murder on legs, historically tough as nails for the tonnage. Want.

Clan Supernova: PGI, you best figure out how to get clan non-omni into the game. This mech is sex and lasers. Alex, do not mess up the art for this! It has been made sexy as hell, and ugly enough to be illegal also, if you mess up those arm pods.....

Clan Kodiak: Like Supernova, older but full of badassery.

There are a few other I want to see, but those are at the top of my list right now.

Thanks for the list. Useful reference.

More useful if we could narrow down the options and provide a shortlist of tangible candidates for the next pack

First eliminate Unseens, Reseens (but we have Phoenix!)

Next, eliminate those that belong to weight classes that have plenty of choices (but the crab came after centurion, trebuchet, enforcer)

Followed by mechs which essentially "do" the same thing. ( but we have Grasshopper and Black Knight! But technically not in same weight class)

eliminate melee mechs (but we do have YLW)

And we can see what we have left and do a poll (probably done before)

So maybe we just continue to hope and pray and wonder how PGI decides what mechs to produce (and generate sales)

We get only two IS packs every 18 months. Have to make it count.

Huntsman/Nobori-nin is clan, not Inner Sphere. The Kyudo, Phoenix, and Gladiator are all extinct; and I expect the Alfar, Talos, and Eisenfaust to be similarly unavailable at this time.

Also, you need to watch your typing, you typo'd the Talon into "Talong" and changed the Stopping Hawk into Swooping Hawk. :P

If this was intentional, you sir, are brilliant. Stooping Hawk is the correct name.
