This has to be a bug, it makes no sense. This Call to Arms notification appeared AFTER ceasefire, wasn't a hang over from before the ceasefire started.

The position of the Call to Arms also still overlaps the buttons to create a group, so you can't read the new "Create Public Group" and "Create Faction" group buttons because the Call to Arms boxes are rather frequent. Could they be moved to a location where they're not appearing on top of something else that's useful? Kinda looks bad. =P

Call To Arms notifications persisting through Ceasefire is indeed a bug, which is planned to be resolved in the next patch.

I'm looking into what we can do about the Call To Arms overlay priority when inside the Social screen.
