So with the last patch my performance is more constant.
Problem is, its more constant about 50% fps down then before.

Compared to 1 year ago I have now lower fps in a lower resolution with a 20% faster computer. Doesnt sound like optimisation. In fact it borders on unplayable now, because I cant go any lower. Its a performance I once had at 1600x900 with medium settings. You can see in my sig what I had before CW. Now I am at slightly under 20fps with the lowerst resolution.

This is on the 64bit client DX9 (DX11 was always 1/3 slower), I will see if the 32bit has old performance.
No, DX version and 32/64 dont seem to make any big difference now, Would be nice if it was on the upper end of performance, not the lower one.

Anyone else such a drop?

CW maps FPS is pretty bad. CW maps are not completely unplayable, but there is lots of warping/freezing going on out there, especially when 18-24 Mechs are engaged in battle in the same area of a map. CW FPS definitely needs a lot of tweaking to get FPS in line with Public Queue maps FPS.
