HSR is still rubbish.
As an Aussie with 285ms the most inconsistent damage application is on EU targets...im guessing because HSR is trying to compensate for 285+150(EU ping) = 435ms and it cant do it, but that's hardly new. Anyways, 1.3.363 still has bad hitreg.

On a positive note:
My ping no longer goes from 285ms to 335ms every second drop like it has for the last +3months, so that's good.
