After last patch all of my settings was reset. Is there a way to backup graphic and keyboard shortcuts? In what folder are they saved?

They were saved here:
c:\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\
The last patch should have moved all those files here:
C:\Users\(YourWindowsUsername)\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online
Maybe something went wrong with the copying. Check if your old profile data (a folder called profiles\[YourMWOName] with a bunch of .xml-files in it) is still stored in the old location, if so copy it to the new one.

The same happened to me. Appearently the folder couldn't be copied and just created new files and deleted the old.
So all my settings are gone now. Thanks.
edit: Also notable is that immediately after the patcher ran, the settins were still there (I played for a couple of hours yesterday) but today after a restart they were gone.

Yes, old folder was empty, in new folder default settings. But when I start right after patch, my settings was gone.

It seems that MWO couldn't write in that folder. NO screenshots were saved to new location. I've changed location of "Saved Games" to another drive. And now screenshots are there. Some problem with permissions.
