Some of you might remember my Unseen Redesigns. I was working on a Warhammer 3D model but kinda got bored halfway through unfortunately, so it stalled.

But inspired by the project phoenix redesigns, I decided to go back and finish off my Warhammer design - fleshing out the details (including the back which previously wasn't really designed at all).

I'm also happy to release the model to anyone that's brave enough to have a go at skinning/animating or whatever it is they want to do with it - it's in Sketchup format though. Not the most obvious thing in the world to model something like this in.

Only ask you provide credit if you use this model in any of your works.

Also taking request for poses - I can quickly generate line work for anyone looking to do a colour over/trace over kinda deal.

Here's the original sketch:

And here are images of the 3D model:

I think it looks really nice, the only two things I don't like as much is the feet, and how tall the cockpit is, I'd like it to be a little more narrow.
Looks great!

I like the design, but I think the front toes are a mite bit to spindly. Looks great from the back which is not something you can say about a every mech.

Thanks for the feedback. Have gone and reduced the cockpit height a tad, as well as the length of the toes.

Reflected in the classic Warhammer art pose render.

Any chance this could be made into a 3D printed figure? I would have to say this is my favorite rendition of the Warhammer. Not a mech I was ever really crazy about but this version rocks.

Pretty great. But why does it have a garbage container on the shoulder?

The Necro thread rises, I see.

ALthough, I would say this is one of the best necros I've seen in a while.
