Hello!
I have a build with 6 Clan Ultra AC/5's.
I'd like to know for the timing, what should I use for my macro to ensure they never jam? I'm not sure if the timing is the same as the IS since it fires in bursts.
Thanks!

0.5s intervals makes 2x C-UAC's double tap perfectly. Otherwise, just use the built-in chainfire. It won't double tap the UAC's at all in my experience.

I'm not sure about clans, but if the IS versions never jam you're doing it wrong.

why don't you L2P instead of looking for a crutch.

Assuming you have a level 5 C-UAC 5 cooldown module you can fire 2 of them at once every 0.5 seconds and just keep holding that button down for maximum dakka spray with no jamming.
It's tempting to say this myself, but without a macro you can only fire 1 weapon at a time with chain fire, and if you attempt to hold down 2 weapon groups while chain firing it always screws up, which is an issue I actually ran into myself a little while ago.
The chain fire functionality is a little lacking if you're boating a bunch of the same weapon systems like with the 6x C-UAC5 dire wolf, so a macro may be necessary to take full advantage of all those cannons.

When I was running a uac5 dwf.. (man that was a while ago actually
) I used a double chain fire system... Put all the uac5's on both the 1 & 2 columns, then chained them. Then I'd just hold button 1 & 2 down and it double taps for me. Given... I did jam... but it pumped a heck of alot of damage out.

While you're at it. Be sure to remove all non-ammo dependant weapons from your mech to make room for extra ammo. I love it when these guys run out of ammo.
