When is Steiner going to get some help?

So far you've been reacting to populations, but what about factions that are just losing? Steiner (Like Kurita) has lots of boarders, and actually needs more people than many other factions to defend them.

Umm.... Show me that Steiner is collapsing under the onslaught. Show me that Steiner has a flagging population that is unequipped for the task..?

Can there be a pinned topic where ALL the current faction contract reward levels are posted and updated? It's currently very difficult to make an informed decision on where to take a new contract.

I don't know if pop size is the only thing they look at or not, but they should keep the number of borders in mind as well.
