What's the price for a already built one that is painted? Like the green one on that website.

It really depends on what you want. Something like the green one in the pic would run about $75 extra for all the weathering and that one had custom decals, etc. If you wanted one that looked fairly "clean" it would be less...if you wanted a more complex scheme it would cost more.
