So I need to ask a favor....
I've read many of the Battletech novels (not all though) over the years, however between moving house (and moving around a few countries) most of them are a few thousand miles away or lost altogether. My current job involves very long hours (locked away in a lab) but I've been buying up any battletech audio books I could get my digital hands on to help pass away the hours. The problem being there aren't a whole lot of them around.
Audible.com has a decent enough collection, but I've burned through them the last couple of months. Ordinarily, emailing them asking to get more might land on deaf ears but with MWO and tactics on the horizon, along with enough requests for more battletech content, there's a good chance they'll see the potential sales figures being worth the effort. Any video game related novels do seem to be picked up by audible (or itunes for that matter) when a new game generates enough interest e.g. Diablo, Starcraft, Gears of War etc.
So I ask you to send a quick mail to content-requests@audible.com asking for more battletech novels. More interest being generated in the battletech universe can only be a good thing!
P.S The audio books that are there are actually quite good if you want to check them out, good readers and actually have a few sound effects throw in!
