Where Do I Go To Report Someone?

I just recently got out of a PUG Match in which a teammate purposely killed a teammate and myself. The match took place at around 1415. I am new to the game and am having trouble finding where to send a complaint to the support and devs. This robbed me of getting experience points I need to fill out the Mech tree specializations. Your help is much apprectated.

I don't think that is necessary. They have server logs.
