As you've been stomping around on the battlefield, you might have heard the call of the Clan Jade Falcon warhorn. Is it a deadly cry of victory? Not really. It's more of a sigh or question (?) that you might have heard from Harvey Birdman's trusty companion Avenger.

Now he is a nice bird and all, but his days of fighting crime are over and he's largley taken on the roll of deskwork, and second line duties of a Solahma cluster.

Clan Jade Falcon, the fiercest clan of all is in need of a new warhorn call! One befiting of its heretage! Something more like this:

Now that is a warhorn that will strike fear into the hearts of our enemies!

LOL. I think the sound is actually from a Red-Tailed Hawk. Hollywood can never figure this stuff out.

It needs to sound like it means business, like this red-tailed hawk:

Ninja'd. The unedited version is better.

The sound of the brave and free. The sound of democracy. This is the sound of victory.

Most of hollywood uses the red-tailed hawk scream because the actual scream of an eagle doesn't sound "regal" enough.

EDIT:

LOL...apparently my responses AND the same link were ninja'd. Epic re-education thread. Lol.

Dunno, I was standing next to a clanner teammate in a pug match and heard that warhorn go off and it freaked me out because I was just not expecting to hear that sound in the middle of a mech firefight.

I hope they never change this warhorn. I didn't like it at first; it has become BY FAR my favorite. It's annoying and hilarious.

Every time I get a kill with it, I squeal with laughter a little.

Red-tailed hawk cry all the way. There were posts about this very issue when the Clan warhorns were first released, but nothing came of it. 'tis a shame.
