This game is stupid, either do no drops cause your faction isn't attacking anyone. Or go to some other place in the IS and get destroyed by 12 mans. Seriously i will be surprise if this game is still up after 3 months. How many people have stopped playing? It's 8PM eastern time and no one is playing this game right now

Funny just played a pair of games that both teams had kills in the 40s when it ended.

.....and cease isn't for like three hours, people are out doing social things on Friday night, duh.

It's like this every night and of course you win your playing the game on easy mode being a CSJ cause House Kurita has no player population. Exactly like i said, CW is dead and no one is playing anymore

^^This!!! is a great attitude! To everybody who has complained about big groups in CW, this guy is your role model. It's a team game, get a team!

will never happen...players will rather quit MWO than forming and organizing units... and it's happening since CW was released..sadly..

Exactly like i said, CW is dead and no one is playing anymore.

I play 5 days now in some ways MWO good some ways bad.I play CW 5 games total now first 3 CW games (MS-CBG) all games enemy kill alpha gate rush right side map all us die and match end in 2-5 minutes every time,.I make20-30k Cbill no good XP-GXP points.

Next CW game play team (SA) I get to play all 4 my mechs in CW game it was very fun we stop rush 3 times from them but we lose but it is ok was very fun many thanks SA for good battle I make 120k Cbill some good XP-GXP.Tonight I play (ACES) team they rush alpha gate kill and rush up rights side map kill all.

I assume this just way CW is play every game? I also ask that person ACES play fair game I have drop in new mech full armor and endo steel ACES player solo kill me 1 shot??? I only ask him how he kill me 1 shot I say you hacking me? He say no I got lucky kill head shot.

I reply I report to DEVS see what they think? I would hope he is not hacking it ruin so many games and MWO is good game need little work is all to be great game.If you want new players to play MWO game and give you(expert pilots) something to kill then make it fun for us to stay and play MWO CW FACTION game.

Most the big groups absolutely do NOT, and have NEVER, wanted good competitive games. Some teams do; most are mid sized and house units. They play all comers and work to get good matches.

A number of big groups though have actually worked to make sure they don't play other competitive teams near their own size. In fact the preference seems to be teaming up against IS pugs on the Clan border. Literally they have gravitated to an environment that most closely simulates playing in a 12man against pugs in trial mechs.

A lot of the mid-sized more comp-oriented units have stopped playing CW all that much. Personally I only play solo or in a small-ish group (4 to at most 6) if I can help it otherwise it's just an entirely braindead experience. The exception is if there's another full group on the planet (at which point luck of the draw means we probably won't get them but the fully pug group instead).

At the moment CW is essentially PvE.

Endo steel does nothing to increase armor.

1-shot kills are common in this game. The higher in skill level you go the more and more common it gets. It's especially easy in CW because of how many players don't twist to block shots and instead just sort of stare at you. What's happening is that the complete lack of skill matchmaking in CW means you're being exposed to better players. ACES aren't even near the top, there are teams out there that would do much worse to you.

There is no well-working aimbot in this game right now. So pretty much all hacking accusations are BS atm.

The solo games I've tried playing on the IS border with CSJ have been awful. The IS pugs are especially bad there. No amount of carrying helps win games even against the average CSJ pugs:

What I see are people in ridiculously awful builds (LRMs mainly, but sometimes strange LBX + SRM + SL or something) that simply are outmatched to the point where the chance of winning is impossible no matter what the circumstances are. When you're playing in such a way that you're just standing there staring at the enemy and not even twisting or turning then there's simply no hope that you can take on average players. It's players like that that you 1-shot or quickly focus-fire down on a constant basis one after another.

I have to admit though, playing games like this are far more fun than running a CW group that is guaranteed to crush everything: Posted Image

Neither of those hold more than a 4 man.

Of course it has been noted that CSJ pugs are relatively above average......well way above average.

That's part of my point. IS pugs are losing to similarly pug Clan teams, and it isn't because of "OP Clan mechs" or anything so much as IS pug individuals, for whatever reason, not doing as well and running sillier builds.

I have noticed this on many occasion. Can't really explain it though. Maybe because the limited possibilities of customizing clan mechs give less room for doing really stupid things? And the huge amount of laser hardpoints on most clan mechs leads guys to build laservomit mechs which are harder to screw up when building them?
Or more " i have played this build for 20 years in TT, it has to be good in MWO" guys playing IS?

You don't make 800k+ in 20 minutes in group queue. Not consistently. Playing group against is pugs on clan border is 100% wins. No Elo, no risk.

Not all our games are PUGs. In fact, we often get 12 mans of units like 9SD, ACES, Lords, QQ, CI, ASE, Skaaldbjorg, Isengrim, Night's Scorn occasionally...

I would say there have been some really tough games, we have lost our share of them too. We win a lot, but make no mistake, we have lost as well.

I forget the unit but we played a pair of games we (REM) were 7-8ish against an IS ten man. One game ended 46-48 (we were defending) and the next was 42-46 when we got the omega....That Kurita 12 spot was two games later.

So the "you guys are just farming pugs11!!!!1!!1" crowd can go.

As far as the pugs go, yeah, I've only ever been CSJ on the clan side, CSJ pugs are generally beef, you get the occasional Patton (we had a dude trying to order a 10 man around) but for the most part if you solo drop there is a 4-5 man that will make an effort to keep you in the loop and if you are the 4 man, the pugs generally play along.

Man, on the IS side? UGH, you get the LRM D-DC set (these guys seriously make me cry) the XL Stalker bunch, the variety of slow brawlers.....that they open with. They have NO idea what a conga line is and getting them to move to one gate is 5 minutes of typing, forget getting them to go through it, people calling light zergs a waste of time ...the IS's MOST POWERFULL gambit.......a waste.

Yah, I bet they get frustrated.

Yeah, pugstomping.

So an Organized elite team beat up the Planetary militia. The better team wins.

If by "elite" you mean half of that team in trials, yeah.

I'm seeing some good ideas/discussion going on in this thread, but as the wise Loading Screen tip says "Teamwork=Victory"
