Let each players mech collection be viewable via a weblink to his profile. Further more let each mech be clickable linking to it's details. If possible show cammo. I'd love to show off my toys.

No. I would feel as if you were spying on me. Sorry. If you want to know what someone has, find out on the battlefield. This link would also allow hackers easy access to someones Mech, for better or worse, usually much worse.

As much as I'd like to show off my toys I can see it leading to a lot of 'SHUT UP, YOU DONT EVEN HAVE ANY ELITED MECHS/HEROES/PACKAGE MECHS, YOUR OPINION IS INVALID, NOOB!'

of course such an option would allow you to hide that info if a player doesn't wants to show it public.

Not to edit, just to view. And yeah...a dont not make public button inside the mechlab seems simple enough.
