Crimson straight.
one team starts next to each other, other team starts all over the darn place. Why can't they all start together? Put them all on the island.

River city:
Can you start all three lances in the low ground in the water? that way they are on opposite of each other and can disperse as needed and not be with in ****** range from the get go.
