Create Cw Game Mode Into A "normal One".

I've got the feeling that I spend more time in the game menus instead of the actual gameplay itself. From the moment I open the game I sometimes check the Mech's Loadout and then when launching to battle the matchmaker takes a while and when I'm finally ingame I have to wait 1 freaking minute when most of players don't click the freaking "Ready" button. All in all lets say that 6 minutes loading stuff and 4 minutes pew pew.
So, 4 respawns would lengthen to 30 minutes gameplay in the worst cases so 2 or 3 Mechs would be more appropriate.
Also adding some AI like infantry or light tanks would add "more realism" / "decoration". And come on, at this point it shouldn't be a performance issue (for instance the game War Thunder).

They thought PGI would be able to create some new and interesting gamemodes based on the Battletech universe, with dropships and turrets and gates, and it would provide new depth and strategical elements to this thinking man's shooter.
Well, they were all wrong. All that remains to see right now, is whether PGI will learn from their lesson and try to copy more succesful game modes seen in other games, or if they're going to keep reinventing the wheel and ending up with 50 Shades of Deathball.

Has no one learned from CW? Probably not the only topic on it.
Respawning leads to Spawn Camping.
Spawn Camping leads to Safe Spawn Zones.
You can still Spawn Camp, just not as easy as before.
The design of the Safe Spawn Zones may lead to people spawning in those zones and hiding behind barriers so they could shoot the Spawn Campers without getting shot back like in TFU.
End result, you STILL get complaints about Spawn Campers AND new complaints about Spawn Hiders.
I was nice the first time around when Respawns were suggested.
Not this time!
No More Respawns!
No More Respawns!
No More Respawns!

wait times vary depending on what hours you play and what weight class you choose and what elo category you are in. Usually even at worst case, it does not take more than 2-4 minutes (still a lot btw). Normally its around 30-60 seconds.
one more thing is that hitting ready button is irrelevant. the timer sets to 10 seconds as soon as everyone connects. the 85 second timer is only in effect when someone is still loading the map or is connecting (you can identify them by their 0 ping).
