Not only do we have to deal with a broken vault map that you tried to fix before and did a poor job of it as any defender can still cover both gates and the rise in the hill you said you did what was it 1 foot? Now I have stormcrows that are able to run that rugged terrain an be able to keep up with a firestarter doing 150 an they started following from the gate to the gen on far left side. Since there was no other mechs along the way and only mech in the back was a timberwolf that tells me that some thing is wrong with the game as the storm crow as able to get around the hill rig after I got in there . If you want to fix the vault map how about breaking up the center more so defenders cant cover both sides from center.

I know remove the nerfs and quirks and have the game the way it was meant to be.

Not that what you say isn't true, though I suspect that stormcrow just moved directly to meet you rather than chase after you, while you stuck to the road which is a longer path, but it is equally true that defenders are easily attacked and hit from either gate. And E6 is your friend as an attacker.

Considering that Sulphur is so easy to attack, I think it's ok we have a map that's easier to defend. However I disagree that it's broken. It just takes coordination.

Defending and attacking are both easy on that map, though attacking is much more difficult and only really can be successful with an organized group.

Splitting the center of that map is really all it needs.

Why would someone intentionally build a fortress that's easy to attack and hard to defend?

I dunno, Sulfurous Rift is tricky to defend because it has 3 entrances, not so much Boreal Vault. But I don't really agree with making it harder to defend because that just becomes a barrier for pug groups to win against full groups and larger groups dropping against them.

You want a nerf?

Currently all Clan mechs receive zero benefit from Arm/Hand actuators. They are currently broken. Clan mechs can not aim left/right beyond their torso, only up and down.

really now? That seems like a blaitant lie from what I've just seen. I was able to still have my arms pull shots at an angle my torso could not. ..Granted I wa also in a Mad Dog,

It's not the clan mechs, its your lack of team work and **** piloting skills. IS mechs are an absolute terror to go up and brawl against. Check your facts, stop your whining and get in a casual group already damnit.

Well you are both sorta right. To cover every angle of a orbit around a planet, all the time. The locations of the guns would have to be dictated at different points around the globe.

Because they are idiots, or drunk, or both.
I mean they designed thousand ton steel gates which are spring loaded to open when there is a power outage. Who does that? Idiots, thats who.
Then for good measure they designed ramps so the giant gates can be jumped over and essential generators shot at.

Rift is harder to defend because the run to the generators is shorter than with Boreal with less clear sight lanes on the attackers as they approach.
