I come back after being gone for a few and see that I have a permanent contract with a faction. I never did that I always pick 7 days as I jump between factions to see how everyone does things. I go to cancel it and it says I would have to pay 1.5 mil to break contract. How do I get this fixed.

I'd start with sending support a email to either get it undone or the 1.5 million returned.

Bother the support for 1.5 mios? Play 2 games CW..and pay it cash. Takes 1h. Writing the Support and discuss it...is not for shure working and takes more time.
I think that would bee like discussions with the controll in the train: "My dog has eaten my ticket"..is not working....

Say what you like, losing 1.5 mil because the game assigned you a permanent pledge to a random faction is not something you just put up with.
