It's a problem one of the recent patches introduced, the value does not update correctly. You have to switch tabs to mechlab or home or purchase some other unlock for it to show the real number again.
If you contact support directly they might be able to give you your GXP back. You'd have to send an e-mail to them, though.
The GXP is not a big deal, I have a lot banked up, enough to max any one thing I want and I don't have the c-bills to buy it. But if I was saving for something in particular, this would be worth going to support over. It's just, what kind of bright idea was it to automatically select GXP? The whole reason the window with the select boxes was even put in was so that GXP
wasn't used automatically. PGI just shot themselves in the foot, again. *head desk* moment.
