It's febuary first, and there's still no radar derp in my inventory. When do these get injected?
I bought the fire pack on the 30th, just for the modules... Ill upgrade to grasshopper next paycheck!

I wasnt sure about this either but, apparently you have to PURCHASE the upgrades with XP/GXP and THEN they will be unlocked for C-Bills to equip on whatever mech you prefer, I noticed it last night because I have Radar Deprivation unlocked but the other two, are not. I spent GXP for the 360 Target Retention and then it showed up in my modules, saving it for my Enforcer though.

yep, sure enough, had to blow the GXP first! It makes sense, but I do kinda wish they went the extra mile to explain that.

This is not the correct way to fix this bug. You are meant to get them totally free, but the game engine is getting conflicts. Send in a support ticket instead.
