PGI's algorithm is designed to keep the Clans from succeeding.

Without an alternate planetary league that a standalone games permits - you are all at PGI's mercy.

crappy Clan mechs that are pale versions of BT - all because PGI thinks things should go the way they think, not the way players will take it.
