TXAA has a lower visual quality then MSAA (albet a lower performance cost) If you want to see the best switch to MSAA, and add the following lines to your User.cfg (and watch your FPS likely tank)

Wow. This ground my 780 GTX down pretty hard. Looked great but stuttered frequently. The TXAA is a better trade-off for my system.
