Now I just need the AC20 model to show up properly on my Cicadas.

OH and also did they change the extended barrel look of the BJs AC20s? That would be a MASSIVE bummer...

how does a centered gun take logic or sense? most gun barrels are not essentially centered in housings, nor do they need to be. The arm housing could also have an ammo feed, ammo hopper, etc, the gas ports, any number of things.

I just wish the housing itself was not so flat and featureless.

Hey, I am totally with you on this. What I meant was game logic, which is something PGI seems to have a very hard time with.

'Progress'.

I sometimes look at the old trailers and teasers and things and wonder what happened. Guys walking up the mech and around the mechbays. Better cockpits with working monitors? Better effects. List goes on.

i don't see why they can't superimpose that entire arm model onto the current "cube" when you have the AC20 equipt

Well. It's not the only thing they can't do that seems to be easy. How about a scrollbar in the chat window? A regular software developing company would give this task to a junior, and he'd be done with it in 3 days, tested and all. Yet PGI can go years without a scroll bar in chat. Hell, it took them months to implement backspace-repeat in chat. Yep, for months, you had to press backspace once for every character you wanted to delete.

Just give me the IK's. I would stop griping about the beta looking better if we just got IKs back.

They did. I'm assuming it's some kind of either optimization, or they hadn't rigged all of the newer mechs.

Will say the shorter, thicker barrel looks much better on the VTR and BJ-1.

Hopefully PPCs are next
