Twitter Redirect

It's hard enough trying to get your points across so that they can be seen by the game's developers but when they actively avoid the forums and only communicate via Twitter, you know the game has serious communication issues. You can now guarantee anything that you post here, no matter how awesome a suggestion it may be, it will never ever be seen by PGI.
Russ, if you ever come on here and want to communicate with us again, I would really appreciate it. Us "normal" players seem to have been left alone now for a long time. Since closed beta we have been pushed out in favour of what were then the forum warriors of the time. After that the comp meta players managed to push you into various changes and then, because you kept listening to those idiots, we now have over-inflated quirks. All of the time, the voice of the regular player has been ignored.
I'm fed up of giving you solutions which were valid "back then" and I'm sick of giving you solutions which would be valid now. Not once did you listen to what was said. Not once do you listen to what's being said now.
And then there is Paul Inouye. How did this train wreck of a developer finished up here? I'm sure every single player to grace the game will want to know why! Every single thing he has done to this game has been a constant joke. The entire NPE (new player experience) is completely shot because of Paulconomy. A random player randomly picked from the playerbase could do a better job than he he has ever done and ever will do.
I am almost completely spent Russ. Release a new mech pack tomorrow and despite purchasing every mech pack so far... I wouldn't touch it, simple as that. I am just burned out completely. Apart from some nice artwork to woo me into it, the reality is the in-game Resistance pack confirmed to me that you just haven't got it within you to really craft this game into what it should be.
Oh wait I forgot this isn't on Twitter. But hey if someone wants to twittwat it up to Russ I wojn't complain.

Stop whining. Acting like a child won't solve anything.

Sorry, perhaps I should just sit back and accept everything thrown in my face that I disagree about.
I'm also wondering how I can disagree about PGI's actions without being accused of being a whining child. Seeing as you obviously know so much about these things, can you help?

I may not be a founder but I would be if they extended the founder thing by 1 more week. That title doesn't give you any more ammunition over me pal, I've been around this game as long as you.
As I said, I'm waiting for you to point out to me my "tantrum".

Haha I don't care if I'm a founder or not but if you can't see that you're throwing a tantrum..."You're not listening to me PGI! WOE IS ME." I can't explain it to you. I can tell what you're like by how you're responding over something so trivial as Russ using Twitter and by your own signature.

It's pretty sad when you express an opinion against the grain and you automatically get labelled as a tantrum thrower.

But I do agree with the Twitter thing. I truly believe that they dont read these forums. The only reason that threads get started here is because someone posted a link to one of the Tweets.
If they really wanted to know what the people here on the official forums thought, they would post those things here
themselves. Or at the very least communicate that our thoughts and ideas are being passed on.
But alas, this thread will probably be deleted in the morning anyway,
Good Luck to you and hope you feel better

It gets strained even more when you start doing the same directed at people who call you on it.
As to your point, such as it was, PGI did just add a new community manager who actually seems to be doing some decent work (in the limited time I've had to see it). You might give her a chance actually to do her job before writing off the forums altogether.

I have underlined the parts that make this a tantrum.
I fundamentally agree with many of your points, but you're basically asking Russ to engage in dialogue on the forum by starting a thread that clearly illustrates why he probably doesn't want to engage in dialogue on the forum.
"Hey Russ, you incompetent ********, why won't you have a civil discussion about this?"

Because throwing knives at the guy pointing out the problems works well.
Good, good... keep fighting among ourselves while the problems remain. Meanwhile, the developers will hold up posts like yours as a reason they "don't read the forums - too many arguments there." or some drek.
