So, my average ping is about 30-100, but I seem to get multiple spikes up to like 1100 at random intervals throughout the game. this doesn't happen elsewhere, at least not that I've noticed. I'm located in the US. What can I do to address this?

/no lube for you!!!

No details in post.
Wired or wireless? ISP? Router + modem, modem or gateway(combo router/modem) Brand + models. Unplug equipment for a few minutes and power back up.
http://247pearsoned....tion-(flush-dns)
Anyone else on the network?
Downloading non-porn (I know, it does not really exist).
Have you run tracert when the issue is occurring?
What servers do you have selected? Remember, there is US/Europe and Oceanic.
What is your FPS when the digits increase?

My ping has jumped drastically recently but to the american servers. My "local" European server still has a good connection (i'm in the UK) but the US connection has more than doubled from 93 ish to about 220. Seems to be staying like that too after their servers gave up last Friday.
