There are probably several of these threads out there but I search wasn't working to well...So starting a new one I guess...I would think a box of toothpicks would be kinda fun to see, stuff like that would be at a pilots personal disposal for combat. Make things feel more personal. Pinup girl pictures would also be a nice touch

Totally. I would like to see duelist pistols, swords, pic of the original Natasha Kerensky. Maybe other space hotties. I know its the wrong universe but 7 of 9 Please Pincess Leia wouldnt be half bad either.

I am surprised they dont have more stuff like personal stuff except like a coffee cup kinda thing. Toothpicks ect. stuff that a person might actually chew on or something during stress lol.

I hope they go sci-fi/cyberpunk with the style in this game. I think the 50's push is by peeps that hate this game honestly. This is a sci-fi game after all.

Well pinups would be double the work for every design... Because you know.. not every person on the planet are in the ladies and they need some eyecandy too.. =)

Then we have the entire debate about sexualization... So depending on the policies PGI have regarding accountability and equality we might not see such items.. ever...

But apart from that i really like more cockpit items. I really like to see more memento like stuff, we have a few like the hula and monkey but maybe.. a small teddybear... A locket... a pictureframe..

I like 7 of 9 from Star Trek because of her excellent personality and charm. Having a pic of her in my mech cockpit has nothing to do with sexualiztion anyway. But then I have nothing against beautifull women anyway. Actually I quite like them.

But more on topic. The choices for cockpit items and even warhorns in game are not so good yet, other than the faction items and the dropship and a few others. Still waiting for a warhorn I want, and I do want one eventually.

I mean they have old school multi colored light bulbs but no neon light lining for cockpits yet? No hand weapons for the pilots etc etc etc. One of those things that makes me wonder sometimes lol.

Indeed. Just ask Snap-On how much of that stuff I bought when I was a mechanic..... They make nice rewards too. "Here, if you buy this $8500 toolbox, have a free girly clock on me!"

Suggestion:

I say they go all Star Trek Online (cockpits = bridges) and sell a series of different looks per a mech. I know its a lot of work, but I would love to pickup more colorful cockpits then just the standard blah + 3 items.
