That's my only problem right now, though. Everything else seems vastly improved. Anything else I should know about that has changed?
On a side note, I bought a Dire Wolf and boated 4 gauss rifles, and OMG THE LIGHTS I HAVE BEEN SWATTING!!!! Great fun!

Every time I try I end up sitting in a queue that never gets enough players to start. Gave up after a couple days trying. And even if It sometimes happens, I don't feel like sitting and waiting for hours at a time.

You pick a planet either attack (red) or defending (blue) pick one where your activity is lower numbers, the closer to a multiple of 12 the better. So if you are attacking, find a planet where the attackers are out numbered and vice versa for defense, I rarely wait 5 minutes for a solo drop.
Oh, and ignore the call to arms, that is the quickest way to get pub stomped because if someone is dropping with a 12 they go to an uncontested planet, and it almost sure to get a pug team.

Thanks, I'll try that!

Of course, anything gets in your face and you miss a shot or two and you get owned.

CW is made for 12 man groups, everyone else must suffer, PGI stated that (not with these words).
Clans were OP, then their weapons got nerfed, then IS mechs got quirks, and right now I don't know anymore.
Welcome back.

I dislike Mordor a LOT less than I hate Rivershitty.

Oh god, if your an assault and your team runs off circling the map and you start over by the crashed dropship...cored in the back or you spend all game trying to catch up to the fight and can't help the team.

Well, the thing I was really thinking was - how on earth can you fit any ammo on it?
And I like mordor, I in fact think it's one of the best maps.
I once killed an enemy medium when he chased me down into the lava pit by just jumping around and not firing - when he overheated I just turned around - lined up the shot - blew his head off, it was so beautiful I almost shed a tear

You have to sacrifice some arm and leg armor, but I can run 6 tons of ammo (that gives 60 rounds, 30 shots firing in groups of two). You need no heat sinks. Not a single one. The thing is, I would often get frustrated by doing a lot of damage but not getting kills with builds that spread too much damage all over an enemy. The gauss rounds tend to kill through pinpoint coring, and I would rather take out 3 enemies and do a few hundred damage than do 600-1000 damage and get one or no kills. The way I see it, take enemy mechs out of the fight entirely rather than just damaging their armor, and your team has a better chance of winning. And one-shotting cheeky lights is always extremely satisfying. Got a Jenner sitting up on the rock spires in Tourmaline Desert and harassing your team? He's in for a nasty surprise when that big, lumbering Dire Wolf out in the distance wrecks his **** with one well-placed shot.
