Wow I'm lucky if I do that many pushups/situps in a year. Much less doing them every time I died in game. I tell you what though I would be able to drop this keg and upgrade to a six pack in double quick time on that workout regimen though.

Edit: Spell check needs an update evidently.

One heck of a way to stay fit. For the less hardcore, for every death that occurs without a kill.

If it was every team, it wouldn't count up so much because you die so many times in game whether team wins or loses
and since almost everyone does die in game then might as well do it that way >:D

but what about if it was in a clan defense or offense :))

My goodness. Over the amount of gaming I've done, and games I've died in, i'll put a body builder to shame if I do this. lol.

I actually do get some of my workout in while playing. I have two sets of dumbbells beside my desk and between load screens from my chair I can do: curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions, military presses, lateral raises etc.

Also my office has a pullup bar on the door so I can force my self to do a set everytime I reenter the room and get some back work in also.

I have never considered doing it as punishment though, it might make me hate the game lol. I was just trying to save time.

For the fun of it, I tried the workout. Being in somewhat reasonable (though by no means good) shape, the pushups, situps, and mountain climbers were a cakewalk. The squats, however, are a killer, especially if I have to die more than once =P
