the shock from smaller caliber ACs are ridiculously strong.
now I can under stand larger caliber ACs such as 10s & 20s, Gauss Rifles, and massive amounts of L/SRM smacking them around.

now I am not saying get rid of the shock but reduce it to match the size of the weapon that's all.

I dont think there is anything wrong with small caliber AC5 and AC2 shock I hardly suffer to much shake when I take damage from those unless they have multiples, more than 2 that is and within close range. If it bothers you that much then use the Gyro module.

one shouldn't have to spend 3M+ for something a battlemech should already come with.
when a light caliber weapon hits their mech should be able to shrug off almost all of that size of AC's shock.
as I said though it shouldn't be removed just reduced a bit that is all.

after all if a person is shot with a small caliber hand gun there is no shock like one if they are hit with a shot gun(buck shot = XLB & Slug = higher caliber AC) or rifle (Gauss Rifle).
