At least it's not the Halo: Master Chief Collection, where the matchmaker takes 5 minutes to find 6 people and somehow creates a 4v2.
I'm thankful we get relatively balanced PUG matches. Sure a couple initial kills can lead to a snowball, but at least at the start of the match the game is fair and can go either way.
Matchmaking Isn't So Bad

I so wanted to get that game...... I love Halo.... but I do not have the time or money for an Xbox One Console... especially for one game...
so glad I did not get it.... that game is has been so borked since Launch that Microsoft had to give players more GOLD time minutes and extra goodies.... its one of the worst Matchmaking Launch games for the Xbox console ever.... 343 really dropped the ball on that one... something Bungie would have never done...
Halo 4 was a waste also.... the entire Story was garbage... the new enemies CHEESY as hell and unimaginitive and quite frankly not as fun to play co-op or Mutliplayer as previous Halos (Halo 2 and Halo 3... Halo Reach shall not be mentioned)..
I guess we do have to give PGI some credit.... For their budget the PGI MAtchmaker isn't as horrible as a Mutli-Million dollar company like 343's MAtchmaker
