This problem may be specific to region, or other such things, but the Karma Koin website currently doesn't allow most people to "combine cards." The feature is down. As is "check balance." Just a heads up in-case you were eye-balling more than one KK card as a form of payment.

I know it's not isolated as google showed me similar posts on the forums of a... "game" where you play with tanks, in a world of... them... lol... and it's been mentioned there too. (I could have said World of T***s but that just looks dirty(and better/more fun)).

I'll update this post when they fix it, until then you may want to consider alternate methods of payment.
