From time to time, someone gets a scouting reward. Lets give it a little bit of an edge. Titles for scouting in the Achievements.

10 Scouting rewards. Title Trail Blazer.
50 Scouting rewards. Title Path Finder
250 Scouting Rewards. Title Scout.

I would like to see scouting rewarded more, including stuff like this. Things have gotten better as far as rewards for scouting (cbills, etc) so I hope to see things include the achivement system.
