I did notice that there was a bunch of intermittent warping going on and I very rarely get that, not sure if it was the laser hotfix or server overload or what.

I had no problem with ballistic: ac20 did the usual damage and kills.
LRM too, I saw quite normal.
It seems that laser had issues, but, honestly I don't know why there is that difference in hit reg.
Same issue last night. Was testing the new heat cap for LPL on my La Malinche, cap an enemy Catapult, ezpeazy. Start getting harassed by an Arrow, drop over 5x the DMG into it, at MG range, die, while it never got below orange armor anywhere.
Sorta knew right then it was gonna be a long night. Though on fairness, the storm crits that was laying into me from the rear probably was cussing too, since his hits weren't seeming to do anything to me, either

might actually be because of tracking the beam the whole duration? Guessing it requires more constant data flow than a single damage packet? I dunno how draw calls and all that jazz work, cause I ain't a programmer, but would seem like it would take more resources. I dunno.

I'm leveling Vindy with 2 ppcs, and, guess what..... I discovered that my issues with er-ppc were all about my ping (around 180). So, using er-ppc for sniping at long distance it was weird for that reason, prolly high ping+lag, I was missing the shot although reticule was red.
With Vindies I'm using ppc at mid range 400-500, and I have no hit reg issue at all.

because lasers are actually many many many tiny shots, too many for the server to deal with. And then you go to plan B like ballistics, and missiles. they seem not to have decreased as much.
