Quad Guass? Nah man. We've got the technology. We can do better.
Or worse.
Probably alot worse, actually.

So here it is. Not much else to say on it. I mean, what words are there. It isn't exactly a 9x Flamer 6x MG Build, but it's still terrible.

Don't fool yourself. The guns seem nice, that is, until you use them.
Try it out. Also try pulling your own hair out. It's about as pleasant.

I don't know about you but it looks way better than a 9 flamer 6 machine gun build.

What's wrong with it? Shoots too slow? Doesn't make use of all the hardpoints? The fact that there are better builds that are out there?

Somehow, despite the incredibly large guns and sum of ammo, it tends to get around 200 damage a match. It's rare to get 'mechs that close to a direwolf for long enough to get the guns to bear. It's a shame really. I would've loved to use it.

You'd be surprised how difficult it is to convince random enemy mechs to get within 200m of a dire. It's almost like they're scared of it, or something.

Perhaps I could swap it out. Dual guass and 1 LB20-X?

Maybe it's the playstyle difference? Maybe your not really cut out to it.

I've did a 2 LBX 20 2 LBX 10 build before which is more ammo hungry and short range then your build yet it does pretty well.
