Improving Battlegrid Command Interface

Now that in game coms exist could we please work on the command interface. It seems a bit odd to me that modern warfare has much better planning and command that MechWarrior online which is set in the future. Checkout games such as Falcon4.0 if you want an idea of how it should be.

First and foremost small icons on screen for waypoint not just a marker on the compass would be great. That would allow commanders to assign targets or nav points in game that are easy for any player to locate and follow. I would recommend small diamonds for waypoints and squares for objective targets. Also please allow a series of nav points to built in the interface to guide a lance where each nav point disappears after crossed. Sort of like this:

You could also have the N key work to select Nav points. The HUD would look like this:

Can't post pic but imagine cockpit with diamond saying 1 in light blue (Nav) and square with 2 inside (Target) with under reticle distance N1: 186 m.
