So yeah at least i have a damm good reason after 3 packages to say "ey guys , nice mechs but you're doing it wrong".

Don't get me wrong , i'm satisfied with everything except the "Special variant geometry" which is the topic here and some aesthetics.

To be fair to the people who's names are there, most clicked "like" for the announcement before they edited the screenshots in.

Sorry, I have to agree with the majority of posts here - if this is what is meant by 'special geometry' I'm distinctly unimpressed.

Honestly, please fix this by actually giving us a noticeable difference (and there have been some cool suggestions on this thread) .

How abput a T-shirt for the Panther which says:

"I joined the Resistance and all i got was this T-Shirt"

Instead of luggage racks, I'd like to see:

Panther: Rounded shoulder panels instead of the squared-off ones.


Enforcer: Rounded LA laser extension instead of the square block. (More like the old TR arm)



There are lots of talented folks who can come up with (and concept out) better ideas. Anything but luggage racks.

Both of those would actually be pretty excellent!! I only bought the Panther pack, but my goal was to upgrade to the Zeus pack after a couple of weeks. But the main draw, by a very long shot, was the Enforcer, because of how the concept art looked. After seeing the in-game model, though, I wasn't sure it was worth putting any more money into the Resistance packs. I wasn't convinced not to, yet, but I wasn't particularly eager anymore - that thing is FUGLY. And now that I see what "special geometry" is, well, I think I've just been convinced! I'll keep the Panthers because they actually look pretty cool, but other than that :/

They should just call extra geo, "crap we didn't care to put on your expensive mech because we really don't give a f**k." Extra geometry should be noticeable. NOT bike racks. WTF is wrong with this company. This is what happens when people don't complain. You get a company who makes the same mistake over and over again because people don't open their mouths. Last time I preorder anything. Hope the rest of my mechs look as good as the Panther.
