1. A strong competitive background in MWO. That means playing in Div A MRBC or equivalent leagues, RHoD, MSI, MLMW, MWOWC etc.
2. The ability to show up for practice 3-5 times a week, for three hours a night.
3. Have a decent personality, know that this team is a group of friends that enjoys playing together. You will need to be open to critique, also you will be ripped on if you screw up etc.
The things listed above are requirements. Topping some leaderboard challenge in 2012, or the current leaderboards does not mean you're qualified for comp play. Also telling me you don't want to take meta builds and cant practice that often, but want to wear the the EmP tag is just a waste of both your time and mine.
Frequently asked questions
Q: I don't have much competitive experience but I'm sure I'm as good as any member in EmP, can I join?
A: No.
Q: I don't like taking "meta" builds and can't show up that often to practice, is that okay?
A: No
Q: Does comp experience have to be within MWO?
A: Yes, getting gladiator in season 5 of WoW isn't going to help you here.
