So please explain why the Blackjack 1DC that I geared up with modules and balanced my Community warfare deck got hit with the nerf bat?

Was there some enormous Blackjack domination event that I missed? did they somehow become the Uber-duber badass mech of the world?

Really I would like to know why they got nerfed.
